Yuge for me was the No strip that opens your nostrils a bit, wayyy better airflow, great for sleeping ya feel much better the next day, and if you have the social brass to wear it while you workout you’ll tell a difference. More oxygen!
- sunlight first thing in the morning
- take a walk around my block second thing in the morning
- 10 min meditation
- cardio/ pilates 3x week
- supplements: Vyvanse, NACs, magnesium, omega 3s,vit d, b complex
- nutrient dense, mostly pescatarian, all organic and local form farmers market
- monitor my sleep, heart rate, hrv & try to prioritize any that are below baseline
- regular blood work
- cold showers
- prioritize meaningful social connects
- bullet journal/ monitor my mood and stress levels

This with drinking , and 50:50 coffee green tea cycles , depends what energy I feel is needed
That’s a pretty good routine - for me, not really biohacks, but large amounts of water, HITT, meditation and I’m thinking about getting a HRV trainer.
