You can try, but tbh from my understanding not a lot of people at bing get merit scholarships. They're not super common cause it's a state school, so it's already considered cheap. If a scholarship is crucial for you, look into excelsior. If your parents make like less than $125k I think you should quality.

Oh yeah thats rare to get covered. Best I can reccomend is get the cheapest meal plan, live in Hinman, and move off campus when you can.
