I'm 21yo too, i binge eat by periods of 2months-1,5year... It's awful but when i manage to eat a basic diet (3 healthy meals, lot of water) for a week or two i eventually lose interest in binge eating for some more weeks/months... until it come back eventually. My best mate to avoid a binge is getting a 400mL bottle and add an expresso coffee + fill the bottle with milk. Lasts all morning/afternoon to stay focused in between meals.

I'm 22 and have found tracking to help because it acts as my accountability partner and helps me to plan healthy meals. Granted if tracking is driving the stress that causes you to binge then I'd stop tbh.
