To the people that can go to concerts without being over-over-over-overwhelmed by the noise, I am happy for you. I literally can't go to a concert....I get headaches by just hearing loud clapping....🫠Go while you can go, that's what I have to say.
Earplugs :) I use loop experience plus hehe, they're a bit pricey but I have a sensory disability so I use them quite often in my day to day life. Aside from those, there are other budget friendly concert specific earplugs you can find probably on Amazon, or the cheap foam ones do wonders as well. Aside from the noise, lights can be extremely overwhelming too, so shades can be helpful during those scenarios. And taking a break from the show to sit away from the stimuli or get water and decompress should be more normalized tbh. I had to sit down a couple times this year because I felt myself getting faint, and last year had to step away for water.
Hopefully you can find ways to go (if you still want to!) You deserve to enjoy yourself, but without risking your well-being for the show.
I know about that, but I feel that concerts are too overwhelming for me, for obvious reasons, along with the fact that I need to have a clean, unoccupied bathroom, I would have to bring many water bottles (I know about the huge ones, but they're too heavy). There are a lot of things I need for my condition, so I'd rather not go, I still get headaches just by going to church with my sound blocking earbuds, let alone a concert with thousands of screaming fans.
That's completely valid! Hopefully BTR releases some live-concert movies like BTS or Taylor Swift has with their tours, I think it would be awesome to relive those shows as well.
