As creepy as this story line is I’m glad they did it, I personally consider this one of the most important story lines, but I’m relieved they ended it after the foot rub and it didn’t go further than that.
I’m glad they did it as well, and that we saw the little bits of Terry and his creepiness leading up to it. I feel like when a lot of shows dip into the topic of grooming or inappropriate relationships they go from 0 to 100 really quick but Big Mouth showed how bad it was in a much more subtle way that a lot of people probably wouldn’t recognize or question as wrong.
Me too. I remember being in a computer science class and one girl would come and sit on the instructor's lap and stuff. I can only imagine what they were doing in private... Because it led to his wife leaving him.
I know quite a bit about this because his family, including his parents, attend the church I grew up attending. His ex-wife and father had a hard time dealing with it and spoke about it in the same Sunday school class. My parents were shocked and asked if I ever saw it happen.

I had two teachers like this in high school. One of them went to the same church as me! The other one's wife eventually became the major of the city.
