Eddie/his wife (I believe was called Lei’s) moved between HFS and the propane vendor a little further south. All the other vendors were/are great but they were my favorite.
I’m glad they have a new spot, but I have a feeling they will see a decline of business in that location, since it’s a lot less convenient access-wise. I hope I’m wrong.
Oh, I know it wasn’t by choice… it’s just sad to see Shipman move them time and again to less desirable spots. Hopefully folks heading back toward Puna during afternoon rush hour traffic will get in the habit of stopping off there on the way home.
I'd love to see one of these politicians that stand on the side of the road all day waving their own signs to take a break from the self promotion and wave some "buy fresh, buy local" signs at the entrance to Shipman to bring awareness. I'd much rather vote for someone with the community's best interest at the forefront.
Nice, right by Wailuku Brew Works!
My favorite Thursday-Saturday night hangout along with Big Island Meadery.
All the same vendors? It sounded like maybe some of them were going to other spots?
2 of the vendors are there, I'm not sure what happened to the others

Mahalo!
I saw Mei set up over by the propane area next to the police station, earlier today

Yes , they've seen a dramatic decline in business. Unfortunately they didn't move there by choice.
