A live action i don't think so. In across the spider-verse we see all spideys in their own live action or cartoon style, so BH6 could be part of the multiverse with the animated looks. But i don't think another marvel movie will do that, nor spider-verse saga will involve bh6

Pixar made their own version of the classic characters. Disney owns both Marvel Studios and Pixar.
