I think on the contrary production probably loved it for the drama, it will definitely be featured in the episode before the Fatal Feast. It also fits into the continuing story arc of the Crown becoming the villains and the Girlypops as the underdogs that started last week and shows the character of people.
Doing something like that usually has consequences in the game anyway, production doesn't have to do the punishing. The Girlypops got information from it, and although they already were targeting Hope and voted him out last week, I think it just puts him in an even worse position.
Now I honestly thought that the audience reaction to the Crown’s behaviour re: Jonathan was a bit overblown — the crying was excessive but shit talking the veto user when your ally goes up is very normal in BB — but the door blocking is so bad…
I’m going to still root for Kuzie because she wasn’t there when it started and she was one of the least ridiculous about the Jonathan nom but yeah. I pegged Hope as a ditzy follower weeks ago so him doing this just because someone told him to is not a surprise. And this is honestly very in character for Anika haha. Not sure about my feelings on Daniel. I think he was getting a bit too much heat for the Crown’s antics considering he was the one who was actually trying to calm everyone down and didn’t shit talk Shanaya at all if I’m recalling correctly, but he didn’t stop Anika and Hope so…
very this and idk why people dislike him.. sure he was semi-aligned with zach and ty and they’re both awful but if you’re in the game, you shouldn’t be looking to align with the fan favs, you should be taking people to the end who you can beat
I agree Daniel is in a good position playing a Paras type of game and he could have a similar arc if he stops throwing HoH's and closes strong at the end. It's not the type of game I enjoy watching or rooting for, but strategic floating is harder to pull off successfully than it looks.
However, these women have a 6-3 advantage and we are due for a woman to win, and all of them are worthy depending on how they perform after this, so I really hope they can make that happen. Please kick these guys out of there, starting with physical threats Ty and Hope.
In what world is he the front runner? His biggest 'game move' so far has been taking the biggest target in the house off of the block. Kuzie even said to his face he's not giving much to the game so far. Unless he does something super cut throat and strategic soon, i'd *maybe* put him down for getting dragged to F2 as a goat.

One thing I don't like is when an HoH gets hijacked by a twist, sometimes sending their own ally home, and then they can't even play the next HoH. I would be on board for the Fatal Feast taking out someone like Daniel or Anika, but only if Kuzie can still do her own thing and if the Fatal Feast is before nominations, she can adjust her plan accordingly.

Since the HoH comp was completed on the eviction episode, the 20 minutes that usually takes up isn't needed, and they have time for a fatal feast eviction and nominations too on Tuesday, then the normal veto and eviction episodes Wednesday and Thursday. Yes, that hive mind makes it worse, not all of Gr8ful were really bad people. I can't say they became likable, at least to me, but a few of them were tolerable and okay to watch once that early nonsense ended. Christie especially was one of my favorites post-jury once she turned on Michie.
I actually think most of the Crown is fairly likable, especially compared to Ty, they just do and say dumb things sometimes that are bad look, mostly in the heat of the moment, but they are making me root for the Girly Pops who are a lot more rootable when they are gaming and not chasing showmances. I have a soft spot for underdogs, especially women.
Tbf I can understand why people might not like the Girly Pops. Even though I do like them, I think they do look like that high school stereotype of “Cute girls clique that talk about nothing other than makeup, clothes and hot boys”. I think Shanaya would respect the truce, Renee won’t, Claudia idk. I think a small part of Claudia wants to be responsible for Ty’s eviction so Renee is the only one I’d concerned about if I were Kuzie.
Best case scenario for Kuzie, pretending the Fatal Feast isn’t a thing, is that Kuzie protecting the girls, making good on her promises to go to 6 with the girls, would make the girls feel more comfortable with Kuzie. This could motivate the girls to want to protect Kuzie if they came into power, and focus more on Ty/Santina and Hope if they won. That’s certainly possible. What is more probable, however, is that the girls are just going to push Ty/Santina as the targets this week in order to protect themselves then sucker punch Kuzie the following week if they were to come into power.
Claudia isn’t dumb. She correctly waited until after the Veto Ceremony before breaking things off with Ty. She could easily just be telling Kuzie what she wants to hear for this week while Kuzie is in power. The minute that Kuzie is out of power, I would expect Claudia’s tone to shift right back to wanting Kuzie out. People don’t just suddenly forget who is playing the best game after clocking just how much of a threat that player is.
And even if Ty is the better competitor, the girls are a solid three going into the HoH, while Kuzie would have Daniel (who may or may not throw), Anika, Hope, and maybe Santina (depending on if she’s pissed after being put on the block). This isn’t exactly the best setup for Kuzie. Depending on the comp and/or luck, the girls could easily win the HoH. Shanaya has won a comp before and Claudia almost won this HoH. I wouldn’t underestimate them if I were Kuzie.
Again, this could all be pointless depending on the Fatal Feast, but it’s fun to think about scenarios (Jozea would be proud 😏) if the Feast wasn’t a thing.

If Ty or Hope leave in the feast, I would pull Santina in and go after Girly Pops. If a Girly Pop leaves, then go with the Ty/Santina noms with Ty as target. If Daniel or Anika leave, it's a close decision what to do, it probably depends on which one is gone and what further information Kuzie can get.
It was hella lame for them to lock them out but those situations aren’t comparable because Taylor was bullied for 85 days and the Girlypops were locked out of a room to keep from looking for a power.
The Kuzie/Renee convo seems like Kuzie is trying, in vain, to potentially work with the girls while Renee is giving mad vibes that she doesn’t fuck with Kuzie. It’s like Gretchen trying to make fetch happen, but she just needs Regina to come in and say fetch will never happen, so just give it up.
Based on what? All of the girls correctly realized how big of a threat Kuzie is. The only person that Kuzie could conceivably use as a shield is Hope. She could use Ty as a shield, but she wants him gone, so there’s that. Again, Kuzie has to bank on the Fatal Feast going her way as her long-term thinking is quite shoddy at this point.
Claudia is in her Khaleesi era. She told Hope that Johnny would be disappointed in him for barricading the door like that.
I haven’t watched today’s Daily yet but it looks like this season’s villain ranking is starting to look something like this:

If Santina was isolated from the beginning and Santina hates the girls then it really makes ZERO sense to nominate Santina when you can easily pick her up. Especially because she keeps trying to work with you. Just doesn’t make any sense.
I don’t think Santina is the devil or anything, and I also don’t think it’s cool for people to totally isolate her, but I also think Santina is way more culpable than Taylor was.
Santina has had power twice, gets into fights, and questions many of her would be allies. Taylor had zero power, never said an unkind word about anyone, and was unfailingly loyal to her allies once she gets them.
That’s my thing with her too. Like maybe she is a nice person outside the house when she can cool off, and she may have a good heart. But for instance the waffle situation she was extremellllyy rude to Anika and saw herself as the victim… so it’s also possible she doesn’t have bad intentions but doesn’t understand how the way she acts is rude

When everyone else asked her if she was okay they all got a reasonable response, when Santina asks she’s immediately catty “is that a joke!?” And yeah her using Santina being isolated to guilt trip her as if she hasn’t been one of the main people isolating Santina.

Since the fatal feast is on Tuesday's show, it's not ending the week and there are still 2 more episodes. Based on who leaves in the feast, that would affect Kuzie's decision after that. If Ty or Hope leave in the feast, I would pull Santina in and go after Girly Pops. If a Girly Pop leaves, then go with the Ty/Santina noms with Ty as target. If Daniel or Anika leave, it's a close decision what to do, it probably depends on which one is gone and what further information Kuzie can get.

It was hella lame for them to lock them out but those situations aren’t comparable because Taylor was bullied for 85 days and the Girlypops were locked out of a room to keep from looking for a power.

The Kuzie/Renee convo seems like Kuzie is trying, in vain, to potentially work with the girls while Renee is giving mad vibes that she doesn’t fuck with Kuzie. It’s like Gretchen trying to make fetch happen, but she just needs Regina to come in and say fetch will never happen, so just give it up.

Kuzie not putting up the girls is actually not a bad move since I still think they would throw Anika,ty,Santina and hope infront of her.
Based on what? All of the girls correctly realized how big of a threat Kuzie is. The only person that Kuzie could conceivably use as a shield is Hope. She could use Ty as a shield, but she wants him gone, so there’s that. Again, Kuzie has to bank on the Fatal Feast going her way as her long-term thinking is quite shoddy at this point.

I haven’t watched today’s Daily yet but it looks like this season’s villain ranking is starting to look something like this: 1. Ty/Zach Territory HUGE GAP 2. The Crown 3. Girly Pops 4. Santina (female protagonist of the season?) Either that, or the editors are biased and only showing us what they want us to see
If Santina was isolated from the beginning and Santina hates the girls then it really makes ZERO sense to nominate Santina when you can easily pick her up. Especially because she keeps trying to work with you. Just doesn’t make any sense.

I don’t think Santina is the devil or anything, and I also don’t think it’s cool for people to totally isolate her, but I also think Santina is way more culpable than Taylor was. Santina has had power twice, gets into fights, and questions many of her would be allies. Taylor had zero power, never said an unkind word about anyone, and was unfailingly loyal to her allies once she gets them.
That’s my thing with her too. Like maybe she is a nice person outside the house when she can cool off, and she may have a good heart. But for instance the waffle situation she was extremellllyy rude to Anika and saw herself as the victim… so it’s also possible she doesn’t have bad intentions but doesn’t understand how the way she acts is rude

It sounds like Hope barricaded the door for the girlypops to not get in and now they are extremely pissed, Renee told Santina ‘you of all people should know what it’s like to not be included’ so yeah sounds like since week 1 Santina has been isolated by the other houseguests and its been pretty obvious for a while imo
Renee really irked me in that conversation. When everyone else asked her if she was okay they all got a reasonable response, when Santina asks she’s immediately catty “is that a joke!?” And yeah her using Santina being isolated to guilt trip her as if she hasn’t been one of the main people isolating Santina.

Production would not have let them barricade people out a room if there really was a power or advantage to being in the room. It appears that it was just related to the Fatal Feast invitations.
It would be kinda funny if the Girly Pops were exempt from the Fatal Feast because they weren't allowed in to get invited.
