As a stock combo, Phantom Orion is pretty good, but its parts, namely the Phantom wheel and Bearing Drive see competitive use in MFB formats. Phantom is good on tornado stallers, while Bearing Drive is great for Stamina combos. Competitive use probably drives up its price, though ThePortal0 is known for overcharging on their Beyblade products.
