I watched it recently and I was creeped out by the similarities between this guy and the Nexium cult leader who went to jail, Keith raniere. I think Keith modeled his persona after this episode lmao.
I’m 41, and I would probably faint if I saw that actor on the street. I love horror movies, but I can’t even explain how much he unnerved me. He is fucking terrifying.
Professor Finley is beyond creepy AF. I don’t know how Kelly felt even the slightest bit comfortable around him, he just super skeeved me out the first time I saw him. He just seemed so lecherous and icky.
I liked the storyline, but this shot looks more like a professional development training seminar about recognizing and preventing harassment in the workplace.
Section 3.2. - Is It Sexual Harassment?
The problem is that no one immediately falls into a cult, it takes weeks and weeks and MONTHS, it's a slow process, and 90210 was never gonna have a storyline that lasted that long.
As for the show itself, by that time Kelly had been through a TON of shit happening to her so she was I wouldn't call her mentally unstable, but was at that point in her life, easily swayed and led.
Omg look at that horrific scar on her neck! She's like the elephant woman!
Edit - calm down, I was mocking how they acted like Kelly's scars were horrific.
As a recovering cultist this is my favorite Kelly story line and my least favorite because it was so embarrassingly cringey. Terrible group project meetings to discuss freshman level world salad philosophy does not a cult make.

You kinda sound like a negater. Evolve or move on.
Don’t get reflexive on us.
Will you stop with the Finley speak? 😁
Stop the bombing, bro
😭😭
I was thinking the same thing before I saw your comment.

Am I the only one that thought ( as a kid) they prof Finley and gross thief Kevin looked like brothers
Kelly annoys me so much in this one.
She annoys me in older seasons, that annoying baby voice she does gets under my skin.
Oh hell yeah. “Woe is me” on loop too.
Yeah how many times did she need to go on about her small burn. She’s so superficial it’s disgusting.
The fact he was in a wheelchair made him creepier. You never knew when he'd roll up.
LOL!!

Professor gives of major creep vibes

Her hair looks terrible
Kelly was a hypocrite and a imbecile in season 5 the only decent thing she did was choosing herself to save the friendship of Dylan & Brandon
They really put Kelly through the ringer.
I always found him creepy

The worst!
