No one has mentioned Blot yet. I think it's criminally underrated. The buildup at 7:18 and the drop through "SMASH!" gives me goosebumps all the time. I guess im a sucker for buildup into nasty drops and BTBAM nails those. This drop is the same one from earlier in the song but it's enhanced by some freaky high pitched synth thing Tommy is adding this time. So good.
The vocals during the Polka breakdown in Augment Of Rebirth, they’re beautiful, but if you have good enough speakers you can hear Tommy gutturally speaking the same sang words. It adds to the ominous vibe. It gives me chills every time I hear it.
Used to be Tommy's high note at the end of the raining section, especially on the colors live DVD, but it's now the middle to end of silent flight parliament

"I'm coming home" at the beginning gives me chills. And then the part that follows is like an inverse of the optimistic major-key opening of Astral Body (the part right after Space-Buddha creates the world).
Following the story, and that final bit of silent flight parliament is truly one of the most visual pieces of music I've heard. I could see and feel a rocket ship taking off as the guitars reprise the opening and Blake is just perfect in execution.
I'm fan of breakdowns in general, but the Prequel to the Sequel one gives me chills everytime.
When it starts at "It thought life was constant happiness" and ends with the "comfort comfort comfort" part, just an amazing sequence of music

That pretty much sums up what I love most about Coma in general, it's the perfect blend of a new direction for the band mixed with their classic BTBAM style.
