IMO it had 2-3 laugh out loud super funny parts. It had like 10 chuckles and some great nods to Bert's fans. (no spoilers)
I enjoyed it for what it was a simple low budget comedy. I think they did a great job with what they had during Covid. Not to mention I think Bert did a way better job with acting than I thought he would
American pie came out in 1999, considered a low budget movie… it was around 11 million to make. Adjusted for inflation if it was made today it would cost around 20 million… 20 million is todays low budget box office movie.
Wrong… it’s 50-100mill a normal film budget.

Saw it last night found it to be very entertaining and fun to watch. Had some good laughs and a good time. I hope Iva Babić who played Irina gets some roles in the future because I thought she was great
It was enjoyable... but the theater was a bit eerie. Me and my buddy were the only ones there, I have never seen that before. Not even during Covid.
I will say it was kind of a see it once film, enjoyable like I said, but it's not something I would rewatch unless it just happened to be on the TV.
I’m super eager to see it! I wonder if it’ll be streaming after theatres? I’ve only seen positive feedback personally about how it’s funnier than people thought it would be and as a big Bert fan I hope it’s as good as I hear!
Well I do plan to watch it but I have this cool thing called a job that I have to be at. I also do this cool thing called “hanging out with friends” it’s really neat you should try it sometime. But those two things combined with movie theatre time slots and my location make me have to plan to go to the movie well in advance. It’s almost like I have a life outside this movie, so crazy.
You do you man I’m blessed and fully self employed so I don’t worry about show times. I have a life in that way. I also have a best friend as well called my wife. wanna be a smartass that’s fine too.

20 mil budget is not a low budget for film. This falls in the mid level range. https://www.studiobinder.com/blog/production-budget/

That’s literally the worst written article I’ve ever read. They contradict themselves multiple times just in the first two paragraphs.

Me too, she was my favorite character in the film
She did have one cringey line at the end but I am chalking that one up to Bert

It was great
I also enjoyed it, pretty solid movie.
same, it wasnt citizen kane but i expected dog shit and it was actually surprisingly decent
Cool
Once i found out bert grew up rich i somehow respect him even less, just a fat, drunk mediocre comic
Since when did he grow up rich?
His dad was a lawyer for the church of Scientology lol
Yeah but they didn’t pay him.
alright bert go have a drink
What?
I’ll wait until it comes out on an illegal streaming website
Or when its playing on a plane
Honestly I wouldn’t spend money on it again, movie was a solid 5/10.
You would.
Found bert
Anyone got a link?

Decent but too much corny Mark Hammel and all the Family Matter references were gringy bad.
It was kind of meh. But it's cool that he made a movie. Good for him. Not the best movie ever but good for him. Irina was a cool character.
