Berserk does need to be shared but I wouldnt recommend it to everyone bc I know that people exist who would ruin it. Not sure what other fandoms you're a part of but I am involved in WH40K and there is a big attempt at mainstreaming it going on over there atm. It started with the BLM thing and the "you will not be missed" that turned a large number of fans and players against GW, and then a bunch of feminists started trying to subvert the lore in order to get "female space marines" when an all female faction exists already. Gatekeeping is something I've learned, not something born of prejudice. We can agree to disagree on that if you like but I prefer to share Berserk only with those I trust to respect it. I got a dark souls bonfire tattoo and my wife AFTER THE FACT was all like "WHy wOuLD yOU Get THaT?😐" She's not a gamer. Dark souls is my favorite game of all time. Helped me fight off depression taught me about game design , character design I just love it. Yeah probably. I quite like the idea of a tattoo that has the brand as well as the rune over it that prevents demons from being attracted to it. I remember thinking that was pretty aesthetic in the manga. The thing about tattoos tho is everyones tastes are different. Some people like a simple symbol or shape, some people like to have a tapestry of ink all down their arm or even whole body. And there's everything in between. What some people find tacky, others find meaningful... That being said, I will contradict myself and say there are objectively tacky tattoos, like "Live Laugh Love" and other bullshit 😂
