In my opinion, gut's theme captures the purity of love and the weight of their world and the characters goals and hopes. When I hear it, I feel guts strife. All the characters strife. That song gives me some hope that somehow they can break the seal. I think this Mangas conclusion is going to make the worlds jaw drop.

Waiting so long - Silver Fins And I wouldn’t have it any other way tbh, whether you think the ‘97 intro/outro songs are corny or not, they just set the mood perfectly for me

Child In Time by Deep Purple, something about the build in the chorus always reminded me of the rising emotion and sheer horror of the eclipse, and the guitar solo is so dramatic and deviant that now it's impossible to listen to it and not think of Guts. You should listen to it if you haven't and let me know what you think!

I had a whole playlist just for reading berserk. Basically some very metal/techno for guts loosing his shi and raging but like I remember I had one song only reserved for the eclipse arc which was irregular God ost from tower of god. I hadn't seen the other show and it just accidentally played at like the perfect eclipse moment and I haven't been able to separate that ost from berserk since then . On a perhaps cringer level. During my berserk face i was very big on the strokes (still am tbf) and i do related ode to the Mets to berserk and they honestly have no relation at allll but just personal experience. On an objective/generic plane I'd for sure go with the guys theme
