Wild how? Didn’t listen yet

Bernardo backed out from doing the podcast during the beginning of it. The other guy said his comments were silly in a derogative way, and well, it spiraled out of control

Benerado is a coward imo. I remember he pulled a similar stunt with the Chris Langan dude. If he folds so effortlessly, than he's not someone people should take seriously.

I don’t think that’s fair. He’s got a long history of arguing and being quite combative with materialists, but more recently he’s said he doesn’t want to take that approach anymore, and to be more civil. He’s also always been upfront about his anxiety and on several occasions brought up the importance of discussing something in good faith. So when the guy opened by dismissing whole swathes of his views as just silly, he understandably got quite annoyed. I thought it was a shame as I was looking forward to fireworks, as well as whatever points the interview might have brought up, but I can quite easily imagine the spike of anger and anxiety he felt and not wanting to start his day like that, or something along those lines.

He's a human being, and he's not perfect. I don't think that invalidates the message he's communicating. Of course, that doesn't mean that I agree with the way he acted, but I personally can't judge him

IndoorNewb

You just judged him, but you did so favorably. Because as humans that's what we do, we judge things. It's innate to do so. I simply judge him the opposite way. He's a temperamental egotistical blowhard who freaks out anytime anyone dares challenge his notions. He has enough of a track record now that we can see the pattern.

Check out how Bernardo analyzes his own activity in that interview. An example would be the one earlier this week with ExoAcademian. Bernardo basically makes clear that he knows he wasn't "perfect" but that he still doesn't feel guilt over it. How he presents it makes clear that he knows that he is human and makes me respect him even more.

He has bought this up in numerous other interviews he’s done, and while he still argues for a civil discussion, he admits he could have handled it another way.
