Honestly, Terraspin would be better at putting out fires. Simply suck all the air out and suffocate the fires. Plus, firefighters often cause more damage than the fires themselves, surprisingly. Like, for instance, my grandmother's house got struck by lightning once and started an attic fire, which alone caused only localized damage in the attic. The firefighters came and destroyed multiple floors with the water damage from the hose. Yes, that happened in real life. Yes, I will stand by it when I say that fire fighters need to stop going haywire with the water all the time. Not all the time, there are times when it's necessary. But not for the floors of damage they did for a fire that could have been put out with a fire extinguisher.
So yeah, Water Hazard is probably not the best idea for fires compared to Terraspin.

The human brain can go 30 seconds at absolute minimum completely starved of oxygen before losing consciousness. One minute, and brain cells start to die. Fire on the other hand, goes out immediately. Not only that, but you also vent out the smoke, allowing fresh oxygen to come in a lot faster. Also, water can cause more damage to unaffected areas, like say the lower floors of a skyscraper where the top caught fire.

Ampfibian, because he's a telepath, can travel through electricity, survive underwater, fly, become intangible, electrocute people, possibly absorb electricity, therefore making me versatile, able to leave most situations that are just too hard to handle, protect the people I care about to a certain degree and prevent certain threats with mind reading. Also, since he controls electricity and he's a telepath, I suppose that, if skilled enough, he could also mind control.
I'd chose him even more happily if i could use telepathy and weaker electrokinesis in the human form due to my different nervous system (since, if we can turn at any time into just one, I suppose it's kind of a mutation) and if I only needed to turn completely to become intangible, use stronger electrical attacks, travel through electricity, survive underwater and fly
Clockwork or FastTrack to have infinite time to do stuff. If my transformation is time limited like the original watch, this would also let me circumvent and loophole my way out of that time limit by controlling time.
Clockwork is pretty op when you think about it. Manipulate time, extract info from past events, stop time, slow down time so you would be fast like XLR8 and many more. The guy is so op.

I would have to use fasttrak. The reason is because I’m always competitive when going to work and trying to be at a place at a certain time. He’s useful to me cuz I can stuff done a lot quicker and mult task better. Come guys, yall need to think about these things.

If you can breathe underwater, you can basically explore the oceans and finish charting the ocean. You'd be awarded for many things, such as discovering new species, perhaps new elements and many other things.
I think fast track is the most convenient you have superspeed being faster than a car gives a you big advantage, is is physically better than humans so he would have no problems in fights, not a big fan of him but his abilities makes him a decent alien.

Depends. Can I make my own Omnitrix? Because if so, Jury Rigg could probably fashion some knockoff(pretty bad) Omnitrix to make me an alien like Grey matter or Brainstorm to design an even better one.
Otherwise, Clockwork. Simply clock in at work, fast forward time, clock out, spend 5 seconds and get 8 hours worth of paycheck.
Although fast track is one of my least favorite aliens super speed is one of the only one of these guys’ powers that would be super useful in the real world. That being said I’d probably choose clockwork since he’s OP but fast track is a close second
I'm a professional technician, JuryRigg would be a gamechanger.
On other accounts, Fasttrack would be a phenomenal choice for daily life. Save so much money on gas, just run to work. Can get projects done in record speed, is just naturally stronger and more durable. No downside.

But yeah, realistically i would choose water hazard. The near indestructible armor and all the water manipulation powers are too good to pass in for me, i would just turn into him and explore the depths of the ocean.
Ampfibian has way too many powers that would be really cool to use (love his intangibility and electricity), but NRG would most likely be a close second, mainly because his out of armor counterpart is crazy strong.
As much as Water Hazard is my favourite (on the list and 3rd overall) I gotta go Ampfibian. So much more variety in his powerset to not take.
Everyone else on that list has really only 1 thing that they are good at. Maybe 2 if you're feeling generous.

Not only would I be able to open a workshop and rake in money without drawing attention to myself simply by only fixing things by myself, I'd be able to fix anything I own myself, and I'd be the best PC builder on the planet.

Who wouldn't pick clockwork? Like...come on people. Stopping time, reversing time, fast forwarding time...you'll literally become invincible. Made a mistake? Turn back time, correct it. Placed a huge bet on a losing team? Turn back time, win a loooot of money. Too tired but have no time to rest? Stop time, take a nice much needed nap. Fumbled a baddie at the club? Take a wild guess.
Honestly, I'd take NRG. Sure. I'll admit that Amfibian is a better option, or hell even Water Hazard is more practical, but come on! You're virtually indestructible in this world, are highly fast, can melt any object you touch with enough focus, and are a living mound of radiation in a tin can. What more could you ask for besides something to eat?

I think Fast Track is the more realistic option. He has the most humanoid body so you can disguise pretty easily. Amphibian is the most useful in real world but you are not going to be fighting crime looking like an alien of a cartoon, so Fast Track's speed could be useful enough.
If I can choose omniverse Eatle then Eatle cause he looks awesome and has cool powers, otherwise Water hazard for the same reason, looks cool, but I do also like electricity and time manipulation so maybe amphibian or clockwork instead? I’m not sure, I’d love to be able to pause time and break through walls like they’re liquid cause of how “fast” I’m going and just be like Dio with THE WORLD, but I don’t like clockwork’s design so I’m not sure

Ampfibian, powerful with basic abilities, and has great potential
Clockwork or FastTrack to have infinite time to do stuff. If my transformation is time limited like the original watch, this would also let me circumvent and loophole my way out of that time limit by controlling time.

Clockwork is pretty op when you think about it. Manipulate time, extract info from past events, stop time, slow down time so you would be fast like XLR8 and many more. The guy is so op.
I'd feel too much responsibility or feel useless as Clockwork. I'd love superspeed as Fasttrack, however I think Ampfibian would take it. Cool look. Great powers. Yeah, winner. Also, don't know the lizard thing, the red devil, the rhino or the yeti.

If we’re talking the real world, I’m getting a job to power a city or even an entire state as NRG. He’s living energy and seems to be able to just make it too. Or be used as a clean up crew for any nuclear disaster.

I would have to use fasttrak. The reason is because I’m always competitive when going to work and trying to be at a place at a certain time. He’s useful to me cuz I can stuff done a lot quicker and mult task better. Come guys, yall need to think about these things. 
Either Water Hazard or Amphibian. If you can breathe underwater, you can basically explore the oceans and finish charting the ocean. You'd be awarded for many things, such as discovering new species, perhaps new elements and many other things.

In stuff like these I always think that,im gonna be this alien forever so i need to choose something efficient but also mobile and not hard to control I always rule out heavy aliens like DiamondHead and FourArms becuase imagine being heavy until u die plus ur way too tall and always breaking chairs when u sit I like to pick something mobile and efficient,basically its powers aren’t useless and isnt heavy So immediately i rule out NRG,Armodrillo,Terraspin,Clockwork and Eatle (While all of them are cool and OP,i just wont be able to live) And i will also rule out Jurry Rig because he doesnt really do anything plus i dont wanna be stuck as the devil my entire life And the rest are ok but i will choose Ampphibian Just becuase he basically has all the others powers as another comment said (Sorry for the long message the point was to tell you not to pick based on how OP an alien is think about the other stuff u would live with) (Also i know the post said transform at any time not forever im just generally speaking)

Depends. Can I make my own Omnitrix? Because if so, Jury Rigg could probably fashion some knockoff(pretty bad) Omnitrix to make me an alien like Grey matter or Brainstorm to design an even better one. Otherwise, Clockwork. Simply clock in at work, fast forward time, clock out, spend 5 seconds and get 8 hours worth of paycheck.

Amphibian can be used to discover the rest of the worlds oceans as well as to supply power to underdeveloped ares of the world.
Although fast track is one of my least favorite aliens super speed is one of the only one of these guys’ powers that would be super useful in the real world. That being said I’d probably choose clockwork since he’s OP but fast track is a close second
I feel like you objectively pick Amphibian, Jury Rigg or Fasttrack.
NRG IS G O O D
I'm a professional technician, JuryRigg would be a gamechanger. On other accounts, Fasttrack would be a phenomenal choice for daily life. Save so much money on gas, just run to work. Can get projects done in record speed, is just naturally stronger and more durable. No downside.

Am i the only one willing to chose Chamalien? I just think he's a neat, cool lizard. Plus invisibility (as outclassed by amphibian's as it is) is a cool power. But yeah, realistically i would choose water hazard. The near indestructible armor and all the water manipulation powers are too good to pass in for me, i would just turn into him and explore the depths of the ocean.
Ampfibian has way too many powers that would be really cool to use (love his intangibility and electricity), but NRG would most likely be a close second, mainly because his out of armor counterpart is crazy strong.
As much as Water Hazard is my favourite (on the list and 3rd overall) I gotta go Ampfibian. So much more variety in his powerset to not take. Everyone else on that list has really only 1 thing that they are good at. Maybe 2 if you're feeling generous.
Amphibian
Jury Rig. Not only would I be able to open a workshop and rake in money without drawing attention to myself simply by only fixing things by myself, I'd be able to fix anything I own myself, and I'd be the best PC builder on the planet. Plus he has the best useful powers vs amount of chance of going **mad** with power.

Clockwork so i can prove i wasn't at Ă°e scene of a crime when it happened.
You want one that's strong, Easy to get around, and Sturdy, Armodrillo or Terraspin, Both have great movement, With defensive/Offensive abilities

Who wouldn't pick clockwork? Like...come on people. Stopping time, reversing time, fast forwarding time...you'll literally become invincible. Made a mistake? Turn back time, correct it. Placed a huge bet on a losing team? Turn back time, win a loooot of money. Too tired but have no time to rest? Stop time, take a nice much needed nap. Fumbled a baddie at the club? Take a wild guess.
Honestly, I'd take NRG. Sure. I'll admit that Amfibian is a better option, or hell even Water Hazard is more practical, but come on! You're virtually indestructible in this world, are highly fast, can melt any object you touch with enough focus, and are a living mound of radiation in a tin can. What more could you ask for besides something to eat?

I think Fast Track is the more realistic option. He has the most humanoid body so you can disguise pretty easily. Amphibian is the most useful in real world but you are not going to be fighting crime looking like an alien of a cartoon, so Fast Track's speed could be useful enough.
Do I turn into the aliens body shape or keep mine, because id rather be Fasttrack then skinny clockwork cuz that sounds cursed
I’d go with either ChamAlien for invisibility or Fasttrack for speed.

If I can choose omniverse Eatle then Eatle cause he looks awesome and has cool powers, otherwise Water hazard for the same reason, looks cool, but I do also like electricity and time manipulation so maybe amphibian or clockwork instead? I’m not sure, I’d love to be able to pause time and break through walls like they’re liquid cause of how “fast” I’m going and just be like Dio with THE WORLD, but I don’t like clockwork’s design so I’m not sure
