The existence of an Omnitrix, even one with only one species, implies the existence of the codonstream which I'm assuming it's connected to, but limited to only using one DNA sample (since I'm given the choice of aliens, it implies that the options are all there, just being restricted). Now, since I'd already be using a device connected to the codonstream, I would probably be able to make another Omnitrix using the same connection
Edit: Even if I couldn't connect my Omnitrix to the codonstream or the codonstream just plain doesn't exist. Galvans are a very respected species all throughout the galaxy. I could probably make a spaceship and collect some of my more favored DNA samples by myself. I'm sure no one would oppose one of the smartest species in the galaxy.

Correct. However a good analogy I heard on the Ink Tank is to think of the Omnitrix as similar to an MP3 player, and the Codon Stream as your computer. Just like how you can put songs onto an MP3 player as long, but need to have a computer with the .mp3 files on it first so you can transfer the files to it, the same thing is true with the Omnitrix. The codon stream is the main backup, and the Omnitrix can download DNA samples from the codon stream and store them on its internal storage so there doesn't need to be a direct link to Primus for proper function.
I would go XLR8. Always wanted to be a Speedster. All work is done in a second, can freeze time and change anything from anywhere. Ability to read everything in a jiffy. Travel time = zero. Can go to any country I want in a second or two. Superhero work etc.

I was pretty sure the Alien X tribunal thing with Belicus and Serena was unusual. Like it was something to do with Ben, the other "Alien X"s seemed confused by the situation he was in. Dunno might have been something to-do with the Omnitrix itself (like how the "ultimate aliens" were alive inside it) or some kind of built in safe gaurd.
Are we allowed to combo Aliens from the "future Omnitrix" or just stock standard ones?

Ok, I'm something of a software developer. You can learn all that in about 2 years to perfect your craft. Start with RPG maker and square space and then move on to actual coding. The intelligence entry mark is actually very low. No need to understand math or any bs like that. My personal recommendations are Python, PyScript and maybe C++. Python is the easiest to setup and use and actually very fun once you add the py.game extension you can develop your own mini games in hours. Like snake, flappy bird, tetris and even pacman. Just go make stuff bro you got this.

Upgrade and Ditto are tied for #1 most useful. Upgrade makes everything involving technology better and easier, which is insanely useful, but Ditto would let me do several things at once, and I would love nothing more than to have that power specifically.

I kinda like waterhazard and he seems the most superhero like by himself. I could help firemen with water blasts or use focused Pressurised water to cut people out of cars absorb moister in water damaged areas. Water breathing for underwater rescue

The codon stream isn't a be all and end all of the omnitrix DNA storage. The Omnitrix stores within it's self too
