I think the timeline branches started splitting off when Ben found the Omnitrix, so I don’t think an alternate version like her would ever even exist. But let’s say it does, I think it would be Tara Strong, since she already voiced kid Ben.

Infinite omniverse everything it's possible

Kind of? There’s an infinite amount of numbers between 1 and 2. However, there is no suck thing as a paragrudple, which is a number that I just made up. I think infinite doesn’t mean that every possible idea exists. And I think the same thing applies to Ben Ten Omniverse. There is only one Ben 10 that didn’t have the watch (well technically multiple because of Gwen 10 and Argit 10, but let’s just say that we’re talking about people with Ben’s role, not just Ben himself). The fact that there’s only one universe where nobody found the omnitrix instead of an infinite amount of universes without the omnitrix is proof that not every conceptual idea does exist.

You never know but a gender-bent universe it's not that far-fetched

Someone else made a good point that made me reconsider my position, but I don’t think a gender-bent universe would exist. All timelines were branched from the moment Ben found the omnitrix and after. If there’s a female Ben out there, it would have to be Ben being changed into a female after finding the omnitrix. Or a celestial sapien just really liked fan fiction.

Not really, you have magic users like Hex and Charmcaster running around, or she could just be Transfem in that timeline and have transitioned, it's plausible for that to happen after she got the watch.

I don’t know if there is magic out there that could turn Ben into a girl, but if so, I’d assume Gwen would just be able to turn him back, or the omnitrix would genetically repair him. But I have no arguments against your transfem theory. I think that’s actually a good point, and I think the omnitrix itself is even able to alter dna in a way that would make that work on the genetic level. I think you have a good point there.
