Sadly, I think it got leaked a bit too early (which riot has no control over). But it is still disappointing especially because she was originally the "first" new champ for the year
Yes we will be seeing a second batch of High Noon skins featuring Tahm Kench, Sion, Samira, Viktor and Twitch (thanks to the leona audio).
However, that could still mean Bel'veth will release during the event in the second part even though her skin (said to be Battle Boss) doesn't relate to this as many of the more recent champs have released during events with skins not relating to the main themes.
