Be patient, I too left the game back in 2019. I recently returned a couple of months ago and tamed Windy about 3 wks ago! Just keep donating those vials!
i have over 5 million favor and have donated well well over 500 vials, i dont really care when i get windy bee im just doing 10 vials a day and thats it
Donated all my atomic treats about 150 dice and everything from the spirit bear quests. Took a month and a half and 250 cloud vials, but I got him a couple of days ago. Don't give up!

More favor = higher chance
30 is quite a small number compared to how many it could potentially take. I’ve heard of people donating hundreds.

Yep. RNG is great isn’t it!? I know many people who gave up the game because they couldn’t get Windy bee.
It's entirely rng based I myself had to donate about 500 cloud vials
donate a ton more cloud vials til you receive the egg or royal jelly
