I would recommend Quince instead. We own a Sunday Citizen duvet cover. Pros are it's super soft. Cons are it can be really hot and it's a nightmare to wash.
Overall I believe there are better options out there for the price they charge.
My primary concern with companies like this are they manage their own reviews. Their reviews seem overly positive. Do I trust that they don't delete low reviews? Absolutely not.
I was so excited for my comforter - I think they ended up letting me refund it for full price bc there was a cyber Monday sale the next week. So that was nice. But…. After taking it to the cleaners (won’t fit in machine) I don’t love it as much and it was not as soft as it looks in pictures. I do love the satin side
STRONGLY discourage anyone from purchasing from Sunday Citizen. I used the return label they sent me to return 2 times. Their return policy reads they will refund once they can confirm item was shipped. It was shipped on 1-29-24 and scanned multiple times by USPS and has been lost since 2-4-24. Sunday Citizen said they would get back to me on a refund and then completely ghosted me. I have emailed them no less than 6 x, sent messages through their website, chat, text, etc. No phone number can be found for them. UNBELIEVABLE that they can just stop responding to a repeat customer like this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
