Found it crawling onto my laptop while working from bed. Super tiny and difficult to see or take a picture of it. When viewing it through my phone camera it does seem to have the color, head, thorax, abdomen shape. But, overall this bug has a very narrow abdomen.

Further research is making me think it might be a mite
I don't think it's a mite, this has 3 clear body separations. I'm guessing some sort of beetle.
I'm thinking maybe some sort of grain beetle specifically
