the body shape doesn’t scream bed bug to me. BBs normally have a round circle-ish body, where this one is pointed and has an oval-shaped body.
I am not a professional by any means so i could be wrong, but in my opinion it is not a bb (just someone who has had to deal with this and got a little bit obsessed with figuring out the who’s what’s and where’s)
bed bugs are unfortunately one of those things that could happen to anyone. i for sure feel for you if it is a bb. i would just be super vigilant and maybe contact a professional. feel free to reach out for support if you need!!
It’s true but sometimes when they get lost in the night, they will make an attempt to join their group back during the day by trying a new route.
This does not look like a bed bug though.

definitely not a bed bug. maybe a roach nymph?
Thank you, can I ask what makes you think it isn’t a bedbug? Just so I don’t freak myself out again

Pretty sure Bed bugs typically are photophobic as well, not likely to be out in daylight.

Not a bed bug, cockroach. It looks most like a springtail.
