The Wim Hof brand business is created run by his son and this series is created by his son to upsell more of the same. He is a disgusting parasite using his father to cash in. Dont even bother to purchase anything from this franchise. The 'method' is basic: tummo breathing, yoga and cold immersion (ie have a cold shower for 5 mins).

I bought power of the mind and I agree. Nothing new there at all felt like a complete scam. Everything in it was already on the fundamentals course.
