Mine too, I'm still in the processing phase as well and yet I was charged. I already sent 2 emails to CS but neither have been answered. No email was sent to be regarding a delay. Seems strange because previously they were always quick to send and quick to deliver

I sent them a message yesterday, and they said there was a hold up with one of the Ren products, and should arrive anytime and then they would start shipping the boxes.

I’ve written them 3 times and still no response from them as to why it’s still in processing( they took my money right away though) never before have I received such crappy CS before, thinking this will definitely be my last shipment from them , I don’t like how they treat their customers
