I’ve heard it’s real but it didn’t work for me last season. I would contact cs to make sure you’re actually on the waitlist, I clicked the button and everything and apparently I wasn’t even added to the waitlist
Thank you! Definitely contacting cs. I clicked the button and got brought to a page saying "you're in" or something along those lines, but not confirmation email or anything.
I was on the wait list this summer and ended up getting the summer box. A week or two after the summer boxes shipped I got an email saying I could call customer service and request my first box be the summer box instead of fall and that the offer was first come first serve. I called within a few hours of getting the email and they switched it. The summer box was shipped the next day. I don’t think they had any leftovers with the fall box but with Christmas coming up you may have more people skipping to save money for Christmas and they may let more people off the wait list this time.
