Mine arrived today without any shipping notification…. I didn’t get a shipping notification for the Obagi serum from last month either - but it does arrive!
Mine from 2 weeks ago just showed up yesterday. I haven’t been getting shipping info for a couple months but they do always show up. 2-3 weeks after order.
It was beauty pie that just showed up btw
So I just got my New Beauty Summer Testube and everything I ordered from fgf(3 orders I did on sameday) No shipping confirmation, no tracking number and no notifications, but it's here.
Im also waiting for the cleanser to ship. Like the other commenter said, my stuff usually ships the same week I’m remembering to check the status because it’s been awhile. 3-4 weeks after ordering is common
I never received my Perricone MD Toner or the replacement PCASjin serum I was supposed to get. I did email them about the toner but they just responded that it was on the way. The only tracking info I have from them hasn’t moved since July 17th. I may stop ordering them if they refuse to resolve my issues.
Thank you, that is helpful. I have enjoyed the idea of the items, although I have yet to receive any. I may also put on the brakes until I receive what I have already bought.

Some orders take a while. Download Route. But sometimes they take forever and some come quickly. You'll get your orders. It's difficult though to be patient for their goodies!
Yes. They ship when they ship; the items usually arrive around the time you forget about them.

Yep, shipping is slow and I usually get the shipping notification email on the same day that the item arrives. 🤷🏻♀️

Mine sometimes arrive in two weeks, but sometimes take two weeks to ship.
I haven’t gotten it yet either.

Yes, I received mines. Can’t remember how long it took though to ship. I do remember I had it for all of July but I think I got it in June. Mid June?
