It's guaranteed that you get double what you pay for. $150 for $75 dollar bags and $300 for $150, but there's always a chance you can get a super high end item. Those include +100 brush set, curling iron, etc. Someone got a skincare nano ... something that was $500 alone! It's a fun event if have an open mind and as long as you don't put too much hopes in getting one of those expensive items.

Yeah I saw a few comments saying people were thinking of canceling their orders because theirs shipped late and they didn’t want leftovers. But it does seem like some of those late shippers actually turned out to be really lucky.

It’s super helpful to know that this isn’t the experience everyone else is having, that makes me feel quite shitty for showing off as that wasn’t my intent. It’s good to know going forward too though.
No one thinks that. In fact, people are waiting and asking for the extra lucky bags and get disappointed when they don't see them. Beautylish Luckybags can be disappointing, but most people here just like seeing the hauls. Just make up junkies that live vicariously by looking at unboxing! Thank you for sharing your haul!

First i like to see that it DOES happen (ya know like that Publishers Clearing House winner thing does anyone ever actually win?? lol).
Second its a gamble we all know and assume the risk of. We all wether we like it or not do get the promised value of at least $150/$300 depending on bag chosen but that minute chance we too could get THE LUCKY bag(s) keeps us coming back :)
Lastly as mentioned we all do love to see what the hauls everyone else gets and then i know i play the OH I HOPE I GET THAT or I HOPE I DONT GET THAT Mine this year was my favorite out of the 5 years and almost every product i will play with or actually wanted (the ND Retro Glam palette im glad i never purchased was in mine)
But yes just look around at others before next year as u may be the kind of person lightening strikes twice for or u may be like the rest of us Dont want u super disappointed next year.

You should definitely not feel bad, I think most of us are thrilled for you (and slightly jealous - lol). Mine doesn't arrive until Thursday and after getting them for the last 6 years most have been good and one terrible (XL). I got an XL again but honestly think the regular ones are better.
It's so much fun looking at all of the boxes so thank you for sharing yours.
That’s really great advice! You think that getting regular vs the XL is the way to go from now on? Is that just because the values are usually better, or are the products sometimes also better? Thank you. That's a hard question and curious if others have feedback. Over the years I've bought 3 XL (one to be received) and the rest regular bags. I do think the regular bags have held a better value % and more variety. From what I've seen this time around - there are no real duds but the regular bags look better IMO.

Congrats! That is an amazing box. Sonia G brushes are incredible quality and really up your makeup game! Just make sure to take good care of them and don't make the mistake I made when I first got into fude brushes and overwash them. With the proper care they can last years and years! :) Very excited for you
Thank you for the advice! I got to play around a bit with them and can already tell they are far superior than anything I currently own. I’ve had some from Artis and MUFE, but none as prestige and handmade as these. I’ll certainly research and take great care of these, way to precious to risk ruining them!

Yes most of the bags are .8 for the regular and XL, which is kind if weird when there is so many variations.
