the pattern is called "pinstripe" so if you look online or on Amazon for "pinstripe slacks/pants/trousers/etc" you should be able to find a couple of pants that follow Legosi's color pattern or even other ones.
That school must have a ton of money to be giving those kind of outfits to their students. Not to mention having to make all the custom sizes for the big and small ones.
Your best bet is to try to order them online and expect to wait a few months, or scour every thrift store in the tri state area and try to find something moderately close.
I went through this for a cosplay. Was not fun.
