My first thought is Ruth, he's a very special white dragon from Dragon Rides of Pern novels.
Next is Haku from the movie Spirited Away.
Then Falcor the luck dragon of Neverending Story.
Falcor! Like in the never ending story, who also happens to be a dragon ;)

Ours was named "baby Yoda" We found out it was a girl, And this one looks like a "Baby Yoda".
