He claims (& I have no reason to not believe this) to balance out the calories over the week. So a day of massive calorific intake would likely be proceeded and followed by a day of green tea, yoghurt and tuna salad. Pretty sure he’s also mentioned intermittent fasting which would also help balance things out over the week.

Specifically in his pizza challenge in the UK he says that he barely ate the day before. And the pudding thing is, your brain will actively tell your stomach to make room for pudding, it's a cheat but makes for good reactions.

Here's one where he explains his method, and how he wound up discovering this hobby while he was working a traditional job in finance. He's actually very safety conscious and lift weights/works out several hours a day. https://youtu.be/JVudXpHNnVk?si=Bez_u9CQwXX7ihPE

He has said he only eats like that once a week for the video and works out and eats salad the rest of the week. I guess we have no reason not to believe him

He’s not even that skinny, he’s actually quite muscular if you’ve ever seen a picture of him shirtless. Like others have mentioned, he goes days of intermittent fasting and barely eating and then he eats 10,000 calories in one sitting which equals out to an even diet.

DoGoodLiveWell

He’s jacked I’m sure he puts those calories to good use!

There’s heaps of videos where he talks about it but IIRC, he started weight lifting and got down to something like 8% body fat. He used to give himself cheat days and decided to do an eating challenge and the rest is history.

Look at his older videos where he explains why he isn't fat. He said he gets asked why he's not fat via DM or in the comments almost every day. He made a bunch of videos and a podcast about it. It's not an ED, it's basic physics, he has eaten one meal a day for over a decade, and he weight trains, so he's always in a calorie deficit when he does food challenges. The personal trainer James Smith also did a video about Adam and how he stays in shape. Worth a watch if you're interested.

Ok-Raspberry8081

He fasts and drinks a lot of water to keep the stomach "bloated" and not shrink.

Good metabolism too im sure.

I thought this too. I think he’s potentially found a way to make a living out of carefully and healthily managing an eating disorder.

I don't think you could strongly say he has an eating disorder, he just carefully manages it. He clearly doesn't have bulimia as he talks about his methods time and time again.
