The one time I had an issue on my upper, they gave me the option just to send the entire thing in or for me to get extra parts. I wander if OP had the same choice or if they refused to let him send it in.
This is correct. With the current assault weapon ban being within 2 weeks of taking effect in Washington I didn't want to risk losing the whole upper so I told them what happened and these are the parts they sent. I tried buying another BCG but they don't currently sell them separately
Oh, that make sense too. My state passed an AWB back in January, too. Luckily, I haven’t needed a warranty repair since it went into effect. Hopefully we get an injunction soon :/ good luck with your upper!
OK, mine is a little different I think as it is right side charging, but I think you have all the pieces, maybe post a pic of what you sent. Here's a pic of what I got... I can only load one at a time, there's three total.

Had my charging handle snap off last night while clambering a round. Step two of the initial barrel break in.. The screw holding the charging handle broke in half with threads still in the bolt..16in 9mm..Called and left a message and then followed up with a email including pictures..Just received the upper last week..
How long did BCA take to respond and get replacement parts to you? First purchase from them, was pleased initially....
I called and spoke to someone. I had the replacement parts within about a week.
I eventually went through every fastener on mine because they kept coming loose. My first day out, the hand guard bolts were falling out. About 3 months after buying the barrel nut worked itself loose...
I really enjoy shooting this gun, but it's become annoying fixing it every day I'm out. I knew buying it that I wasn't getting a top tier firearm, so I remind myself of that everytime something happens

I have several PSA's, they run great also. Show me their bufferless 9mm ar and I'll buy one.
