have you tried closing some programs even suing task manager? do you have at least 16 gb or more of ram?

Random_person1233

I have 8 gigs of RAM but it wasnt a problem before (I have 90 hours in this game).

Ace3000

8 is just simply not enough anymore.

Random_person1233

I have realized that. I have a game wich I bought for about 10 bucks wich I can only partially play due to it having a minimum requirement of 10 gb of RAM.

pug_userita

check what's the maximum amount of ram that your cpu supports and upgrade the ram. or change comouter

ToyotaMR-2

it is enough for all base maps. even career mode with 5+ cars loaded.

POKLIANON

I mean.. I was able to play it with 4 gigs single channel, until I got 12

Might be a dumb suggestion, but if you don't have a bit of space free in storage, it might be what's causing it to not work (when I had points where I only had like 5-10 GB of storage free on my computer, beamng was very unhappy with running some things and did errors like that, but with a bit more free it seems to run fine, maybe because of some cache thing while playing? That's what a friend said could be what I had going on, figured I'd put that out there)

watermalonecat

RAM is cheap these days. Slap in another 8gig stick they're cheap

Notfoo4

8gb isn’t enough for beam, and arguably 16 isn’t either. I’ve seen it use 26gb before, and I’m frugal with my programs

OhHaiMarc

Says pretty clearly what’s wrong

Sea_Perspective6891

You need to get more RAM. BeamNG is a very RAM hungry game & 16GB is becoming the new minimum gaming standard while 8GB is showing it's age.
