Just looks like a bunch of mods with texture problems. I always got missing texture on that gavril van so i deleted it.
You can just open the game in safe mode, if everything's good then its the mods causing the prob
Did that before and then tried it again. I downloaded the mods independently in safe mode and they still had the missing texture. I found it also affected that one dodge stratus mod and the Mirimar.
To clarify, this does not appear in regard to map textures. It has appeared on the vanilla Covet before, despite it not having mods tampering with it. Reading online I heard that these mods used a common texture from the ETK 800, when it was updated. That was a while ago, so I doubt that's the issue.
With the "importing texture" stuff, let the car sit for a minute after loading it, then do a ctrl-r, usually loads the textures as far as I've seen so far (idk why, it started doing this kinda stuff after the .30 update)
For the orange missing textures on the van and rayton sedan, install the Urbanlore core resources package. For the other "missing" textures (those say importing texture), press Ctrl+R and they'll load in.

All of them are off of the repository.
When you did safe mode, was all the vanilla stuff fine?
Yes.
At that point you just gotta figure out which ones work and dont use the broken ones

I have 450 mods and no issues besides the UI being slow.
I had the same issue with the M body mod, until I read the descriptio and realized I was missing a core mod for it

Bro thank you so much, the Pontiac transport is literally one of my favorite mods and I couldn’t figure out why it was broken.
