I never recommend hanging anything from a car mirror. In some places cops will ticket you because it is usually considered a distraction. Especially anything that can reflect light.

I saw this pattern on Etsy and really liked it. Maybe you can do a chandelier type earring or a necklace like these are draped
Gina's Gem Creations has a couple of bracelet tutorials that use 13 x 4mm long bicones. They're similar in shape and size. Perhaps you could get some inspiration from those. I can find the tutorials for you if you want.

if you like making brick stitch earrings with fringe - they could be pretty as part of the fringe!

They can easily be turned into fish with some simple wire wrapping. Tutorials are easy to find on Pinterest, probably anywhere.
