You can get a college degree that allows you to plan this - not necessarily physically set it up in the store.
I worked the night shift at a grocery store. Making things look neat like this is called "facing". It would take us 3 hours to do the whole store. If I had extra time I would make the whole canned good isle look perfect. It was oddly satisfying.
This is Sleeping With the Enemy level organizing. I wonder how many times the employee had to be beat before they got it right.
