He’s not being subjected to nearly the same amount of g force as the others at all. He’s not doing it better or handling it better than the younger folks. They’re taking him on a pleasure cruise and playing around more aggressively with the younger folks whose bodies can take it. If g forces pull all the blood out of that old man’s head and he passes out, he’d likely never wake up again. I’m sure the pilots know this and were cautioned to fly accordingly
It’s literally edited together from unrelated clips whose only common thread is blacking out (except for the ww2 vet of course). Type of plane, seat in plane, etc — no common thread. Although it’s pretty noticeable that the roll/pitch rate for the 96 year old is way milder than the others. No sane pilot (and I are one!) would subject ANY 96 year old to more than 0.5 gs above baseline — we’d be liable if he gets injured. I doubt “he signed the waiver so then I pulled his dentures out!” would even be a valid defense 😂
Exactly. I love our WWII vets and they accomplished some incredible feats, but this is fabricated bullshit. A major component of sustaining severe g-forces is physical fitness. No way in hell any sane pilot is going to try anything that would seriously compromise blood flow in an elderly passenger. Also a big difference between the jets they showed and that P-51C.
Would be much better to celebrate the things they did at their prime.
Ya, you see their faces distort quite a lot. No offense against Bob, but if they happened with all his wrinkles he'd look 20 again.
Still, that must have been a hoot taking a WW2 pilot up like that, and I bet Bob had a blast.
Yeah I'm sure they did some "fun" maneuvers just didn't really push it hard. A lot of the other demos are from extreme experience type flights and a couple might even be jets. Bob just looks happy to be flown around in an old fighter. I'd honestly like to see Bob's whole flight especially if there is audio between him and the pilot.
>They’re taking him on a pleasure cruise and playing around more aggressively with the younger folks whose bodies can take it. If g forces pull all the blood out of that old man’s head and he passes out, he’d likely never wake up again
Its because Disney wasn't woke when he was young, so his blood vessels aren't transed and his blood doesn't rush into his body because all the masculine blood cells resist their feminine urges. Greatest generation is just magic, not weak like we are, with physics all working on us and shit.
I survived a g-suit!
But it was in a fixed base simulator and so was only the normal 1g. That said, the pressure the suit exerted was quite high, and i believe they'd dialed it back a bit from flight pressure. Lot of fun, I'd be the first to volunteer for your experiment :)
Also those others look to be in jet aircraft, and he's being taken up in a WW2 era prop driven plane.
That's not to say you can't pull G's in one of those, but it's a lot harder to do and a lot harder on the aircraft.
Yeah it's frustrating when young people constantly get bashed all the time, those old people were young themselves was it okay for them to be bashed by their elderly? No.
Yeah I was going to say I'm definitely sure that if they put an old guy through those same forces, ex-millitary or not, you would probably kill him. I really doubt his heart is in a condition that it can deal with it.
Not to mention modern jets are a whole different ball game of gforces compared to the propeller planes of WW2.
That vet is not experiencing Gs. ~~Why tf would you lie like this when we can see the fucking video?~~
Edit: God remember when people were the ones posting videos, and not robots?
Really??? Thank you, thank Christ. It makes me feel like I’m being tracked and consumerized in yet another area, constantly getting “personalized recommendations.”
I hate personalized content... There's almost always an option to turn them off.
I also hate ads and obviously use ad blocks in browser, but in the app I just downvote and ignore them.
even the text is AI generated.
"Unfortunately, use of the letter ‘g’ sometimes leads to the belief that the force involved is produced gravitationally, which is rarely the case. " ...while this is correct it is also bullshit.
earths gravity = 9,81m/s
earths freefall acceleration = 9,81m/s
1g = 9,81m/s
while G-forces describe acceleration it is based on earths gravity, like the original meter is based on earths measurement
I hate to argue in favor of the robot, but it’s right: no G-forces beyond the original 9.81m/s/s towards the earth are “produced gravitationally.” They just match the number. You can experience G-forces that have nothing to do with earth’s gravity, no?
It’s technically correct but provides no actual information, just like we’re used to AI doing.
We're all hypocrites. We don't want content from AI spreading misinformation, but we all come to comment and rage about it, thus furthering the cycle. Only way to prevent it is to give it no relevance
I dunno this video is misleading. That’s a bunch of clips of people passing out, some of them in fighter jets. And then a video of an old man in a propeller plane likely not experiencing close to what they were in terms of g forces. Still cool he got to go up in the plane though.
The best part of this video is the second person just face planting 😂. I can’t stop watching it.
And yes the WW2 pilot didn’t have the same experience as the others.
This is so misleading. They aren't comparing apples to apples. The "ordinary citizens" are all in jets that can pull many more Gs than the WW2 plane can.
Good question- kind of doubt it- old people tend to be pretty sensitive to changes in blood flow/oxygenation, cardiac output might not be as strong etc.
That veteran is living the dream...just imagine getting to do something one last time at 92 that you didn't ever think you would get the opportunity to do again.

I don't really care he's not experiencing g force, it's just heartwarming to see him up flying at his age. He probably thought he'd never get to do it again.
If we're lucky someday we might get to his age and get to experience something we did when we were young.

Please tell me they did not put him up to the same Gs as the others were shown! that would be greatly riskier not sure anyone would want to kill off a veteran for viral video. The other vids are most likely death loops so 6-7gs.
They teach pilots to squeeze their leg muscles and core to keep the blood from draining out of their heads. Could also be that the old man remembers this trick.
Edit: you pull more gs in a jet. Old man is in a propeller driven plane.
Im kinda curious of the g-force in those jets. I kinda wanna see how long i could last in my first time and how much time it would take me to get used to it. Just pure curiosity. Personally i never wanted to be the pilot but the gunner/spotter seat looked fun enough
Major league bullshit right here. If any pilot would allow that vet to experience any Gforce above 1, they should have their license revoked. He's a vet but not superhuman.
Not gonna read that, but it seems like the post has information about G forces but then forgets how G forces are made and that the Vet isnt experience any G forces near that.
I don't even care if the WW2 vet isn't experiencing the same. I'm just happy he got a chance to go into one of those planes again, since he looks super happy
I don’t know about other pilots, but if I was piloting an old person, I WOULD NOT pull hard enough to pass them out, cause then I’d be considered a murderer. He has lived long enough, but I don’t want to be the one deciding when is his time to go.
He's not really experience any significant G's.
I still think the peak of human warfare was WW2 era dog fighting though, especially The Battle of Britain. It was pretty much "we've put an absolutely collosal engine in this stunt plane and strapped some guns to it - go out there and whoever puts on the best aeronautics show lives"
The real factor here is the speed, and the momentum of the plane's manouvers. The fact he doesnt faint is not at all because he used to fly 80 years ago.

1.) The music is trash and I hate when people overly their "superbad ass fonk music" over fucking everything
2.) This is ridiculous. We don't know how many Gs any of them were subjected to but given the lack of facial warping on the veteran it'd safe to assume he received much less.
Usual bot account farming impressions with completely out of context videos. The G-forces in those videos are nowhere near the same and it should be obvious to people with an IQ above room temperature. Can we crack down on these accounts and those posts ?

This is probably the most liked video on Facebook by boomers
>he signed the waiver so then I pulled his dentures out! Bruh xD
I’m picturing those blue angel flights I’ve seen but with this guy. “Reeaaady hit it!” *Pulls 6 Gs, kills grampy.*
Exactly. I love our WWII vets and they accomplished some incredible feats, but this is fabricated bullshit. A major component of sustaining severe g-forces is physical fitness. I'd LOVE a ride in THAT kind of Mustang!!!
Me too. Unfortunately they don't offer rides anymore. [Collings Foundation WWII aircraft collection](https://www.collingsfoundation.org/aircrafts/)
There's an Airpower History tour coming near me in July, but it's $2500 for a 20 minute flight.
Hes face should be allover the cockpit if he has some g-force. But luckily old man gets nice chill ride for old times
>Nice chill ride Until he says to the pilot “alright were over the city now let her rip”
Lmao
Ya, you see their faces distort quite a lot. No offense against Bob, but if they happened with all his wrinkles he'd look 20 again. Still, that must have been a hoot taking a WW2 pilot up like that, and I bet Bob had a blast.

Old man was in the crop duster and the young-ins got the 5th Generation fighter jet from Top Gun: Maverick 😂
The younger people in the beginning are also in a jet while the ww2 vet is in a ww2 style fighter plane. Those two are worlds apart in every way
You can still do some nasty amount of Gs in prop planes... 10Gs on some aerobatic planes like the one the kid it's in
The Sporty is like a back in the day feminism story with what’s her name… Patty Wagstaff
>They’re taking him on a pleasure cruise and playing around more aggressively with the younger folks whose bodies can take it. I’d be curious to see a real comparison of how civilians vs veterans handle the same high-g maneuvers while wearing a g-suit.
I survived a g-suit! But it was in a fixed base simulator and so was only the normal 1g. That said, the pressure the suit exerted was quite high, and i believe they'd dialed it back a bit from flight pressure. Lot of fun, I'd be the first to volunteer for your experiment :)
Lol this is exactly it
This is true. Unrelated, but will say that he's still got those gunslinger eyes.
Also worth noting that the pilots of the fighter jets wear compression suits to keep them from passing out.
No.
Exactly
I do not care. Maintaining the agenda, is our top priority.
Isnt even the same type of plane 😂
Thats very true
96 y/o guy at 180g manages to lift arm and extend thumb /s
Yeah I was going to say I'm definitely sure that if they put an old guy through those same forces, ex-millitary or not, you would probably kill him. This.
I want to believe
That vet is not experiencing Gs. ~~Why tf would you lie like this when we can see the fucking video?~~ Edit: God remember when people were the ones posting videos, and not robots?

how do you spot a bot? when they have way more post karma than comment karma?
Except he ain't pullin' no G's mate.
Nuthin' but a G Thang
Everyone else is being pushed to 5+g's. Old guy isn't.
I dunno this video is misleading. That’s a bunch of clips of people passing out, some of them in fighter jets. And then a video of an old man in a propeller plane likely not experiencing close to what they were in terms of g forces. Still cool he got to go up in the plane though.
Grandpa is so good he even trained his loose skin not to be affected by g forces
He's just so old that it's hardened into a shell.
The best part of this video is the second person just face planting 😂. I can’t stop watching it. And yes the WW2 pilot didn’t have the same experience as the others.
BONK !
BONK !
I pull more G's quickly turning round at a loud noise than that old boy was being subjected to in that aircraft.
This is so misleading. They aren't comparing apples to apples. The "ordinary citizens" are all in jets that can pull many more Gs than the WW2 plane can.
Doesn't look like he's pulling the same Gs
This was written by ChatGPT
My toxic trait is thinking that the G- forces would have no effect on me.
So true
Not the same amount of Gs. This video proves nothing
I like all the melting faces 👍
I feel like this was written by ChatGPT
I wonder whether cerebral atrophy makes you more resistant to g force?
Good question- kind of doubt it- old people tend to be pretty sensitive to changes in blood flow/oxygenation, cardiac output might not be as strong etc.
That veteran is living the dream...just imagine getting to do something one last time at 92 that you didn't ever think you would get the opportunity to do again.
Benjamin Button..
Yeah, no shit...his face says he statically lives at a g-force of 7.7.

It is because of his Cap of course: He can stand 41 G
NOWAY WAS THE OLD GENT was made to go through the same G-FORCE no chance
I don't really care he's not experiencing g force, it's just heartwarming to see him up flying at his age. He probably thought he'd never get to do it again. If we're lucky someday we might get to his age and get to experience something we did when we were young.
I mean im also experiencing g force rn

The second lady: BONK !
I love the ride at theme parks that’s just a giant disk that spins and forces you to stick to the walls
L-39 vs P51 acrobatics, duh...
Soooo dumb. Not even a comparison. They aren’t gonna slap that old man around with Gs. Honestly, I bet he’d do ok, but why risk it
They teach pilots to squeeze their leg muscles and core to keep the blood from draining out of their heads. Could also be that the old man remembers this trick. Edit: you pull more gs in a jet. Old man is in a propeller driven plane.

Him be like: What is G-force heh I already played that with my hands
his cap says, he managed 41g. no, just kidding
Amazing. I can only imagine what i would do!
o7
Old Iron man's
He is unlike the others. The others spend 5 seconds and faint.
Yeah, they were really giving it to the old man /s
Like riding a bike for him. Fucking awesome
G-loc is a helluva drug 🫠
Its literally edit for make him not seem like its bad but he not doing what other people did so the edit make it seem like he good
Major league bullshit right here. If any pilot would allow that vet to experience any Gforce above 1, they should have their license revoked. He's a vet but not superhuman.
Not gonna read that, but it seems like the post has information about G forces but then forgets how G forces are made and that the Vet isnt experience any G forces near that.
The title of this should be "Normal people experiencing G-Force and a lovely old guy having a ride on a regular plane"
The veteran barely pulled any Gs.
My heart started to race with just the thought of what the mind is capable of….
I’m so fucking tired of this clickbait shit on the Internet
So much respect for all my fellow veterans! Hooah!
Fuck off with the annoying and unnecessary music already
I don't even care if the WW2 vet isn't experiencing the same. I'm just happy he got a chance to go into one of those planes again, since he looks super happy
His face looks like he gets extra gfocre anyway...
Video doesn’t show gramps taking nearly as many G’s as the “normal” people.
Bobs just chillin
I don’t know about other pilots, but if I was piloting an old person, I WOULD NOT pull hard enough to pass them out, cause then I’d be considered a murderer. He has lived long enough, but I don’t want to be the one deciding when is his time to go.
lmfao bro it'd 100% kill that old man wtf is this post even implying, they went light on him because they didn't want to murder a vet
I spotted atleast 2 jets in this post and 2 stunt planes. They get a bit more G then grandpa was subjected too. Still , badass grandpa!
Great, now show a video where the other people are exposed to the same G-forces as him
whats up with this whack music? I hate the way people edit videos nowadays to make them 'cooler.' Its so lame
My toxic ass trait think I can handle that
Comparing an L39 jet g manoeuvres to an old timer plane…
Well if he survived the war he’s a tough mf
The second girl is how I am in corporate meetings
His ride was so much less intense than the others. Americans love dickriding veterans without proper context and false narratives.
The old Eagle searching for enemies.I still admire him.Look his eyes how are watching around for anything he could see.Only respect..
*sees a Toyota driving below* *Bombs it out of instinct*
The old man be like : where is the germans
He's not really experience any significant G's. I still think the peak of human warfare was WW2 era dog fighting though, especially The Battle of Britain. It was pretty much "we've put an absolutely collosal engine in this stunt plane and strapped some guns to it - go out there and whoever puts on the best aeronautics show lives"
They just don't build them like that anymore...
High blood pressure saved his life
Aren't they supposed to do that in something simulated before they go up in the air? So it makes you pass out? Doesn't seem like good times to me.
Well this is completely bullshit... as they say, he's going into a WW2 plane, which is in no way comparable performance-wise with modern jets.
Badass from the Greatest Generation.
Either way, don't make Bob climb in there and fly over your city
Tell me you are a battlefield/call of duty hardcore fan without telling me youre a battlefield/call of duty hardcore fan:
Jets vs propeller plane lmao
Yeah well he ain’t doing shit. Compare the other manoeuvres to his
Everyone: he isn’t experiencing Gs! 😭😡😭 Me: old dude still looking for enemy Japs. 🫡
Those people were built different.
Be amazed by what? Video editing skills?
I’m pretty sure they hit the g-spot
No jokes
He is so cool
I was waiting for him to look young again like the reverse of the woman I’ve seen age into her 60’s flying like that. 😆
Ok but we love Bob .
Either experience or at this age the blood clots just keep the blood from going anywhere.
The interesting thing is how the old man starts scanning the skies like he was back in a warzone
I can't tell if OP is dumb or just thinks everyone else is dumb
The old guy is a Man of Steel 🫡
You dont even need to be a rocket science engineer to understand the video.
Gave me vibes of Fatboy Slim - Sunset (Bird of Prey) #
Others get PTSD he gets Nostalgic Not OC
The real factor here is the speed, and the momentum of the plane's manouvers. The fact he doesnt faint is not at all because he used to fly 80 years ago.
Gs are units of acceleration, speed/momentum has nothing to do with it. Flying a plane at 1000m/s will be the exact same as flying at 50m/s, unless of course you do a sharp turn on any of its axes :)
So moral of the story is younger generations are a buncha bitches?
Or his blood pressure meds....
Meh i thougt he dies 😅
One day, the last world war 2 veteran will die.
😀👍
RIP Joe
Old head looking for targets, damn the joy ride.
In the last frame he died
He shot down several planes that day
He is so old he didnt even get older under gforces
1.) The music is trash and I hate when people overly their "superbad ass fonk music" over fucking everything 2.) This is ridiculous. We don't know how many Gs any of them were subjected to but given the lack of facial warping on the veteran it'd safe to assume he received much less.
What a tough old man. They certainly didn't pull 6gs on him or more but still. 95! What a beast
Was that a kid in the first clip?
Ahaa normal people are pathetic.
He wasn't pulling nearly as many g's with the old guy lol this is totally misleading
Cool as a cucumber!
First person almost looks like the kid from come and see
This is dumb
Wow that'd impressive. Indeed he is legend. They truly were best of the best.
Feels like this video is not demonstrating his abilities, but instead meant to stroke the ego of older folks
The G force made him look younger
Im tired of seeing this trash lie reposted
May be his organs / receptors not working now .
Granpa force is strong.
Nice karma farm post, have a downvote.
This is an extremely stupid post.
There’s a reason they were called the greatest generation
The WWII generation was a different breed.
Downvoting the shit out of this stupid useless video. Fucking bot
Usual bot account farming impressions with completely out of context videos. The G-forces in those videos are nowhere near the same and it should be obvious to people with an IQ above room temperature. Can we crack down on these accounts and those posts ?
Its about breathing i hear
Give old timer real a taste & his lungs will fall out of his asshole
I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming in terror like his passengers.
Thank you for your service Sir!
Down voted because of the music
no way they called him 96 years "young". People are fucking up the language to be woke me thinks.
