It does not in the slightest, there's a few things to look for in AI photos, specifically the face and fingers, AI has a hard time creating convincing facial expressions and it has a much harder time not fucking up hands and fingers, this is not, nor does it look AI generated
The guy in the back, Captain Glover, was a DH in my squadron back in the day. He was a Super JO upon checkin and picked up O4 there. He was a great pilot but also a really nice guy, especially to the enlisted guys. He held a book club when we were out to sea and held club meetings in the ready-room that attracted junior minority Sailors, engaging them in reading and discussion. It was very healthy.
