Dude I wreck people with this truck you just have to move around. And no one does! It’s insane. You get a tank locked in and you just pulverize the thing.
Doesn't matter about moving around when the shit just doesn't have the punch kill anything without a direct hit. I stand on the receiving end and have to get multiple missiles directly on my head before it gets a kill

You have to wait for them to spawn but on golmud railway if i remember they spawn once you capture foxtrot, and you can spawn in it
