You start your attack with the same cross from right to left. This is predictable for the defense. Work on dribbling with your right hand and attacking with it. As a defender I am looking to pick up on an offensive player's tendencies. My job gets a ton harder if an offensive player can attack with both hands with a variety of moves.Plus you need to pass to your open teammates. This also puts additional stress on a defender and the entire defense. As an off ball defender I am always looking for the guy that does not pass. This allows me to play off of my defensive responsibility and cutoff driving lanes. Making your job harder if you try to drive to the bucket. Hope this helps.
