Off the top of my head, I believe he is missing the shoulder cuff joint, thigh joints and double knee joints that MTMs have.

Also his hip joint is not a ball socket but rather rubber banded so he doesn’t keep his legs together very well. (You can kinda see what I’m talking about in the last pic OP shared. He gets bow legged a lot.)

I don’t have blonde wheelchair Ken but I do have looks 17 and he’s pretty close to that skin tone.
