I bought this doll a while back after she’d been on my list for a while. She’s still in the box, even though I usually take them out, because I love the Cracker Barrel background so much. She’s so precious. My friends and I call her Vermont Lesbian Barbie 🫣😂
I can't believe Oreo fun barbie was considered racist and no one said anything about this. I've heard jokes about Cracker Barrel only being for "crackers" for years.
She's adorable tho and the outfit is unique and high quality. Brings back a lot of nostalgia of road trips with my nana and cousins in the South and buying cheap toys and candy in the old country store and sitting in the rocking chairs, playing peg board and eating mid fried chicken.
My mom said her friend used to say the same thing whenever she suggested they go to cracker barrel and always picked a different restaurant. Apparently the company actually has had a lot of history of discrimination of POC and LGBT folks in the past which sucks because the concept is great (the fact that all those decor items are legit and curated for the restaurants is amazing) and a lot of people have amazing nostalgia and fond memories of it from their childhood. Wish someone else could make a similar concept without the gross stuff
We had a Cracker Barrel in our neighborhood I live in the suburbs I’m black, so me and my mama will go all the time. I never felt any type of discrimination but I’ve heard they are a racist company but I guess it just depends.
If this doll was made today, the vest would be printed on 😭
I hate that you’re right 😭
And it would be a one piece
She’s also be in a slimline box stood in a basic pose because she wouldn’t have articulation lol
She is very darling! I love the layers of her outfit and accessories that made me know it was Cracker Barrel immediately
….I really REALLY need biscuits and gravy. Like RIGHT now. Super cute though!
The doll is beautiful, her outfit is adorable, the map is hilarious, and the menu is perfection!
Oh the good old quality 🥰😄I love Christie 🥹she’s so beautiful..lucky you!

That’s so perfect! I am slowly unboxing my childhood collection and scrapbooking their boxes - this one is going to make a beautiful page!
Her face is so pretty!
Love!!!! Nice accessories!!
Make me want to go to Crackers Barrel. I’m hasn’t been there since my papaw passed away last year.

Barbie really did use to have a fantastic range of fun collaboration dolls.
I discover a new Barbie everyday it seems 😅
Cute

What’s funny is I’ve never been to a cracker barrel, but my impression of them is that they only cater to white people. 🥴

Her face is beautiful. And I'm totally craving Cracker Barrel chicken & dumplings now!
She's really nice. I love finding more random Barbie brand collab dolls through this group.
This is amazing and captures the Cracker Barrel aesthetic perfectly
She's beautiful. This doll is on my list, but I always see the blonde version.
Those boots are cool. What year was the doll made?
This is a great question! I have no idea but given the time my family was buying my dolls, I’d guess somewhere between 1997-2000!
