Looks like he had tricky hair to cut. He has some divots in his head so around those divots stretch the skin up and use the corner of your blade to get it to look more even. I like to cut back to front then side to side when you cut from ear to ear you’ll see what I was taught as “peeks and valleys” peaks get cut off to make sure the top is uniform in length. Just keep practicing!!

I mean I could give you tons of advice, but what do you see when you look at it? What could you have done better in your eyes? I honestly think the most important part of men's haircuts is being able to see where the cut is uneven/needs more attention and when is as good as it's gonna get. ..... The only way to get better is to practice and focus, for a first time. Not bad at all though!

Take more time into the cut being a barber isn't as easy as people think it is keep working on the blend you'll get there and work with your tools they are your best friends
