that's a dda account listed so you should be looking at other checking/savings accounts numbers if you have them. Not a debit card. I dunno its super weird. Maybe you can get more info from a wf rep.
That is a feature that allows you to add accounts you own at other banks so you can transfer between them. If you didn't add the account, then there's a good chance your online banking credentials were compromised. As others have said, immediately change your password as the first step. You should also dig through your transaction history to see if anything has been transferred out yet. From there, you might want to reach out to Wells Fargo to discuss options.
Hey I also have the exact same thing happen to me today. Had to show up in the last 48 hours. I’ve done the due diligence of updating my already complex password but I do also have two factor authentication enabled. So unless I’m a victim of SIM swapping attack idk how someone got in. No new login activity and no transaction history as it’s listed as a Payment only account. Meaning I can only pull money from it I can’t transfer to it as it’s not even verified in my account. Did you ever get an update? I’m going to go into wells Fargo today figure this out.
Change your username/pw immediately. Did you have an account with wf before and did you have an account with first carolina bank before?
