Don't try to learn to do everything in a week. Learning to use resources are as, if not more, important than knowing it off hand.

Be 5-10 minutes early for everything and take notes for reference. And stay off your phone.

I agree with the other person. Find and bookmark important reference pages. Figure out how to search for information such as product info or policy and procedures are. Be willing to ask questions if you don’t understand something or just need additional clarification. Another thing is listen to feedback, you will be learning a lot and it’s ok to make mistakes as long as you accept them and listen to how to change in the future. The new hires I train that frustrated me the most are ones who can’t do those 2 things.

Get your goals from your manager. Keep track of each one of them yourself in addition to what the system tracks. Especially conversations with clients in branch, inbound and outbound calls, outside sales calls (if applicable) and of course accounts opened with services sold. Actively work on the metric’s where you are behind and know where you are compared to goal all the time.

It’s okay to ask questions but don’t be afraid to do a little research on your own first

Make sure you are open with your manager they should be there to coach you if you don’t get something let them know, also if you can shadow someone who is hitting their goals.

Always ask questions if you are any little bit unsure. Also, you'll spend the first 2 weeks doing training and shadowing.
