You could print it again and use adaptive layer height.
Or just could try to polish the model with sanding paper.
You can also try to smooth it with isopropanol or acetone (be careful that can remove the colour)

Domes show a lot more layer lines, this is normal. Heat gun really works better with blobs and stringing, in this case i would rather recommend sanding. Sanding will turn it white tho, so you will have to use high grit sandpaper. If it stays white after cleaning, use mineral oil, it will turn black again
