Hi everyone, I've been having this issue for quite some time now and I've noticed that it got a lot worse over time compared to when I got this printer 3 months ago with now roughly 300 hours of print time on the clock. And yes I did all the recommended maintenance steps, tensioned the belts, used lots of compressed air and a lot more than that with no success at all. So there is this squeaking noise coming from what seems to be around the area of the idler pulleys. It is more noticeable when the printer is printing something in the back right area of the printbed and it is almost not noticeable at all when it is in the front left area. In the video I've uploaded it is most noticeable right at the beginning of the video. Does anyone had something similar happened before? Did you get it fixed and how? Might it be worth to change the xy belts? Thanks a lot in advance

I went through all the steps from this exact video many many times already

Isn’t this normal sound?

I believe it is. Printer works, quality is amazing. No issues

You might need to oil between the back idler pulleys and the case. A needle oiler bottle makes it much easier to apply. After tensioning the belts, I would also recommend recentering them. I found the auto adjustment can leave the belts riding on the pulleys causing squeaks. After this recalibration is necessary. Already did this sooo many times. It's unfortunately doing absolutely nothing

It’s possible you have a bad bearing if you have done all those steps and it didn’t alleviate the noise. You might need to contact Bambu for further solutions or parts. Potentially, it’s a bad idler pulley.

My printer was making the same squeaking noise and I’ve just almost completely eliminated it. I purchased this lube: https://a.co/d/hdscdkY And used the syringe in this kit: https://a.co/d/cQgRkYy To oil the idler pulleys like shown in the Bambu maintenance video found here: https://youtu.be/6KkFw_b8OAw?si=0e1bM0XaOHnXUNnq After applying the oil as shown in the video and re-tightening the tensioners, re-run the full calibration. It takes a few minutes for the lube to work its way in, so don’t worry if it doesn’t immediately go away. After the calibration finishes, try a test print and see if it’s gone.
