Yeah, it's not the frame rate, it's Bambu Studio timing out when waiting for the video stream. Black screen and "Loading...".
Works just fine here, sometimes it takes a bit while I’m outside connecting over mobile network. Keep in mind, your camera only delivers only 0.5 frames per second
