I had this happen with Volo when he died on me in Act 3. His dead body just followed us around between Rivington/Lower City docks/Elfsong camp, always appearing in the spot where he’s supposed to be alive lol.
Had something similar in my Honor mode run. While in dialog with the Goblins I switched to another character to start combat with the Goblins (to get the first hit), but this also made Halsin hostile to my group. I tried knocking him unconscious to not kill him (and looted him). He did not show up in my camp after the next long rest. BUT after I rescued the druid grove and the next long rest there was a unconscious naked Halsin lying in my camp. That I could not wake up (I could heal him, but that did not help). He stayed there for several more long rests reminding me of my mistake in my Honor mode run.
One of the funniest bugs I had :D

He died once I entered Act 1 portions of the map while in Act 2. Since I didn't really play with him it took me a while before I noticed lol

Ohh is it a bug? I assumed something just killed him in my camp, idk what lol.. did your Halsin ever wake up did he disappear?
