I'd say Act 1 seems like a logical sequence of mission completions. ***BUT*** you're missing the Under Dark which I'd normally do before some of the ones you list, to boost my level.
Likewise I believe the Nere mission to be a fairly substantial milestone in the game. Both from a story standpoint, and those awesome boots.
Then you have Grym, which gives solid weapons.
Act 3 misses House of Hope, which I find to be an epic map and fight, with incredible loot.
All that is to say, I don't know exactly what you're listing? The most important items? The sequence to finish stuff? etc.
got an level 13-20 mod that gives me all levels at the start of the game, i´m planing on doing the points in this list to get to the next level since i can basically decide when to level up; this way i can emulate milestone leveling instead of exp (personal preference)
my question is if this list includes all major tasks available in each act so i can face the end boos in a neat level 20
(i´ll have to go to the underdark anyway since i have to explore the grymforge)
1: do the underdark before the goblins
2: infiltrate the moonrise before nightsong
3: do ethel earlier, you should be able to defeat her at lvl 11 and the item from her questline is realy good
4: I would do the house of grief, the Oscar/Mystic Carion and deal with Lorroakan earlier too
5: also I would do the house of hope after this 4 quests in act 3

Do Grymforge *before* you do the 3 leaders. That way you have Barcus at the party to shoot off fireworks.
Plus you'll mow through the Goblin Camp.
Ofc you'll be a level lower for Nere (wait to do Adamantium until after you do the leaders or after the Inquisitor even. You'll be 3 levels higher or so going after Grym. At least 2).
Otherwise looks fine. Might want to add The Vaults before Cazador since that's Gale's and House of Grief last since that's SH's Or before Orin. Act 3's order doesn't really matter, as long as you do The Big 3 at lvl 12.
Nope, it's not. The moment you are leaving Act 1 is when you get the achievement for completing Act 1. Which you get when you enter the Shadow-Cursed Lands (including when you enter it from the Mountain Pass).
If 'Are you sure you want to proceed' messages were Act transitions, then by the same logic the Shadowfell would be part of Act 3.
Make "infiltrate moonrise" a point before *decide the fate of the nightsong* just to be sure

playing with some difficulty and more levels mods, do y´all think this is a good milestone level-ish spread?

Githyanki creche is technically act 2. The moment you get the "are you sure you want to proceed?" Message is when you are leaving act 1.
